Booking Policies
Your booking request will be manually confirmed by our staff within 24 hours of your submission. You will be notified of your booking confirmation via email. Please ensure you check spam/junk folders for our reply to confirm your booking.
Payment Policies
By submitting your booking request, you agree to pay the full amount of your session fee as outlined on our website. This payment is required at the time of your session. Payments can be completed either with cash or via bank transfer. No images will be delivered without payment being made in full.
Cancellations/Rescheduling Policies
To cancel or reschedule your session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. In the event that this notice is not provided, either by notifying our team with less than 24 hours' notice or by not attending a booked appointment, a cancellation fee of $100 will be enforced. To avoid this fee, you may send another person/dog in your place to fill the appointment time.
Health and Safety Policies
To ensure the safety of all dogs that visit our space, it is essential that your dog be up to date with their vaccinations and flea/worm treatments before attending the studio. The Dog Studio cannot be held responsible for any health-related concerns of your dog.
To ensure the safety of all staff, we are unable to accept bookings for dogs that have been declared dangerous, or that show signs of aggression towards humans. In the event that your pet presents to the studio with aggressive or unsafe behaviours such as growling, lunging or biting, your session will be stopped and any monies paid will be forfeited. We appreciate your respect and understanding of these policies.

Copyright in the photographs is retained only by the client, for either private, domestic and personal use only. Any sale or commercial use must have written approval by The Dog Studio. The Dog Studio asserts all moral rights attached to the Photographs.
